Your designer is not your slut!
It's about how product managers and developers perceive their designer or design team - and why is it wrong.
Purpose of this talk is for business owners, project leaders and developers (and all alike) to see the other side of design, beyond what is shown in the presentation slides once the design process is at its end.
And also, to see what happens (or will happen) to the creative mind they employ once they force them to add a golden crown on top of the milking cow in the election posters. (Yes! That happend!)
Talk is based on 10 year experience in graphic, web and start-up industry, of which better part was being Don Quixote in defense of best practices, and why it was time to stop.
Developers need to trust in designers - not be clients from hell.

My name is Tomislav Kozačinski. I am UI / UX designer and front end developer from Velika Gorica.
I just finished my contract with Hitlist, New York based start-up centered around flight search. www.hitlistapp.com Where, among other things, I worked on redesigning the app into new iOS 7 version.
Beside that, I work for TopTal network as a freelancer, on mobile app design and front end development.
My current focus is further work on mobile apps, and getting my own start-up off the ground.
In my spare time I perform as a Stand Up comedian across the Balkans.
